Many of our courses don't require any experience or qualifications to get started on your way to success. If you meet the basic requirements, you don't need anything except a computer to access your course. We'll provide all the learning materials and support you need to achieve your goals. 

Online learning allows you to shape learning seamlessly around your career, family and life. Instead of attending a classroom or college, you will access your course through our online academy using your computer, laptop, mobile or tablet. You can log in to yoyr course anywhere, anytime, whether it's from your home, office, or during your commute or lunch break. You'll work through your course at your own pace. The only deadlines are any assessments you may have (if your course is assessed by an instructor) and the end of your membership. 

Yes, our courses are available to international students from all over the world. Please note that the language of instruction is specified in the Course Details section. You will only need to check the delivery language and make sure your language proficiency level allows you to fully acquire the information of the course. We recommend a minimum Upper Intermediate (B2) language proficiency. 

Enrolling is easy. You can click “Enrol” on the relevant course page. You can purchase an interest-free payment plan too. 

The price of your course will vary depending on the course you choose. You'll find full details of the course cost and interest-free* payment plan on each course page. Any additional exam fees, registration fees, membership fees or additional development materials that must be paid for are clearly shown in each course page's 'Additional Fees' section, so there are no unexpected surprises. 

Our mission is to make learning affordable and accessible for all, no matter your circumstances. That's why we make spreading the cost of your course as simple and manageable as possible with our flexible, interest-free* payment plans. You'll enrol on your course with a deposit, then pay the rest through a monthly direct debit at no extra cost. Our plans are flexible, so you can pay your balance off sooner if you choose. You also have the option of paying the full amount upfront. Our payment system is handled securely through Stripe. If your country does not support it, feel free to contact us at info@lerniq.com and we'll help you pay through other methods, including a bank transfer. 

Once enrolled, you will have support from our staff, should you need it. Just get in touch with us via “Contact us” or send us an email at info@lerniq.com and we’ll answer any non-academic questions you have. 

You will be directed to your course page immediately after purchasing the course. Remember your login credentials, as you will need them in order to log into your account in the future. In “My Profile” section you can see all the courses you have enrolled in. 

For the courses included in the E-Lerniq package, you can complete the course as quickly or slowly as you choose; the time it takes will depend on how much time you're able to devote to learning each week. You will be able to access them for the entire duration of your active subscription.

Live sessions are accessible for a limited time, as indicated in the specific course page. Courses that involve feedback will also be available for a specific period of time. For more information, read  "Course details" section available on each course page. 

Depending on your course, you may be assessed through quizzes, written assignments submitted online or exams. You will find full details on each course page and within each course guide.
