Workplace Violence

Workplace violence is a serious challenge for businesses of all sizes. According to the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, two million American workers report being victims of workplace violence each year. The consequences of workplace violence can be devastating, both for the victims and for the company as a whole. Victims may suffer physical injuries, emotional trauma, and lost productivity, while businesses may face increased liability costs, employee absenteeism, and disruptions to operations.

This session delves into the multifaceted aspects of workplace violence, from recognizing early warning signs to developing robust policies. Attendees will learn not just to react but to create a safer workplace proactively.
